"Excellent experience" Our experience began by looking for a vehicle, but not knowing exactly what we were looking for. We were actually in the market for 2 vehicles.Tom Smi Our experience began by looking for a vehicle, but not knowing exactly what we were looking for. We were actually in the market for 2 vehicles.Tom Smith treated us so well, helping us thru our decision with a very positive attitude. He had us look at several different vehicles and answered all our questions. Tom's knowledge of the vehicles and the difference between them was appreciated. Tom also followed up in a very friendly matter. My wife and I need time to make our decision. We had noticed another vehicle on the Zimbick Site that we were intrested in a 2013 Acadia SLT. We went to the Dealership to look at it. The Acadia was beautiful, hard to believe it was used. We delt with Tom McConnel. Tom was very courtious, answered all our question and asked if we wanted to test drive the Acadia. The Acadia seemed to fit us and our needs. Tom helped us thru the decision to purchase and the financing. After purchasing, Tom helped us with connecting with On-Star before taking the Acadia home. Jeff Klade helped us thru the actual financing. Jeff was very helpful with securing a Great rate, answered all our questions and was very relateable.
