White Bear Lincoln was a pleasure to work with. For a 22 year old looking to buy a new vehicle, I have come accross very unprofessional Salesman at a few dealerships. The Salesman (Svend "Chris" Anderson) and Sales Manager (Tom Taube) were everything but that. They were super helpful, very honest and all around professional. I definitely recommend coming to these guys if you're looking for a vehicle. More

Very disempowering experience. Minimal interaction with salesman, seemed too busy to do more than check in with me while working his other deals. Ripped me on my trade, never gave me a chance to negotiate. salesman, seemed too busy to do more than check in with me while working his other deals. Ripped me on my trade, never gave me a chance to negotiate. Didn't even bother to fill the windshield washer tank before delivery. Had the vehicle two weeks, no follow up by salesman. Called finance with a question, and he seemed annoyed by the fact I asked him to email me some info, then hung up on me. I am a faithful customer, bought 7 cars from Feldmann in the past, but I have bought my one and only car from this establishment! More

PEOPLE!!! PLEASE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! TOTALLY DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL. Hope my experience will hopefully persuade you to boycott them and purchase a vehicle from elsewhere. Nevertheless, both t DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL. Hope my experience will hopefully persuade you to boycott them and purchase a vehicle from elsewhere. Nevertheless, both the General Manager and Sales Manager at White Bear Lake Lincoln Mercury treated us with not just DISRESPECT AND ARROGANCE but with CONDESCENSION, NONCHALANCE AND DISMISSIVENESS. I understand dealers have to make money out of their business, but to buy LEMON cars for cheap and sell them to citizens who are working hard for their money and take advantage of the fact that they trust is TOTALLY DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL. We purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape SE FWD from WBL Lincoln Mercury in 2015. The vehicle was an off-lease 2013 Ford Escape SE FWD that had less than 40,000 miles on it. We traded a Hyundai Accent in as a down-payment for the vehicle and wound up paying nearly $21,000.00 for a vehicle that we found out (NOT FROM THEM) was ACTUALLY A LEMON from the state of Florida. We went back to WBL Lincoln Mercury in September of 2020 to complain about this vehicle (AND PRIOR TO THAT-YOU WON’T BELIEVE WHAT PROBLEMS WERE FOUND) and was treated totally unprofessionally by the General Manager Travis Peterson and the Sales Manager Tom Taube. The vehicle that I purchased in 2015 was never disclosed to us as a lemon and the dealership never offered a Warranty History or a CarFax as to the vehicle’s condition! AND BECAUSE we trusted them as being a reputable company, IT DID NOT EVEN OCCUR TO US TO ASK FOR IT. When going back to hold them accountable (of course, they know legally you can’t do anything to them, they have all their bases covered) we were treated with clear discrimination and racism, and no trace of any accountability or being in the wrong. Instead, the General Manager, an arrogant and very rude person, who literally shoved the papers in our face and was trying to make us the liars saying we signed the purchase agreement and that is that, when, indeed, why would we be mad if they would have been honest. Nevertheless, both the General Manager and Sales Manager at White Bear Lake Lincoln Mercury treated us with not just DISRESPECT AND ARROGANCE but with CONDESCENSION, NONCHALANCE AND DISMISSIVENESS. **NEVER GO HERE** I traded in a $55,000 vehicle at White Bear Lincoln and purchased a vehicle from them for $31,000 on September 25th. On October 20th, before my fi I traded in a $55,000 vehicle at White Bear Lincoln and purchased a vehicle from them for $31,000 on September 25th. On October 20th, before my first car payment, the transmission went out. This vehicle only had 7,500 miles on it. I limped it to the nearest Ford dealership and then contacted the General Sales Manager at White Bear Lincoln, Thomas Taube, about the issue. Thomas stated that a Ford dealership already had the vehicle so they would be the ones to take care of it. White Bear Lincoln didn’t offer anything and didn’t seem to care. He certainly was not sympathetic. I figured he would at least offer to tow it back to them to fix the problem which was under warranty. Nope! Because of a backorder, the other dealership had my vehicle for over a month until November 21st. I had the vehicle another 19 days before the transmission went out again on December 10th. I just got the vehicle back today (January 28, 2020) So out of 124 days of owning the vehicle, I have had it out of the shop for only 44 days!! Long story short: White Bear Lincoln sells junk! They want to take your money and run. They seem to have no loyalty and couldn’t care less about keeping you as a customer moving forward as long as they got what they wanted from you. I’ve bought cars from 7 dealerships in my lifetime and White Bear Lincoln is by FAR the worst one I’ve been to. I would never return to this dealership again and I implore anyone who reads this to think twice before doing so. More
