Having spent a great deal of my career in sales, buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do because most people who sell cars are only interested in selling a car; and therefore will say about any car is one of my least favorite things to do because most people who sell cars are only interested in selling a car; and therefore will say about anything to get you to buy. This was not the case with Tom Trulis or Continental. I visited the dealership several times before actually sitting down to purchase and never got the sales spin or pressure to buy; they allowed me to go through the process at my pace. In fact, there was 6 weeks or so between my 1st and 2nd visit yet Tom recognized me and expressed interest in helping me make an informed decision (was Acura the right car, buy used or new, etc.). Tom is a genuine guy and I appreciated his open communication. Even when I came in without an appointment he would let me know if he was tied up with a customer, how long he was going to be and would check in and give me an update on his availability; but still committed to the client he was already engaged in serving. Overall, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend Continental (engaged several others through the buying process and all were very engaging and a positive interaction) and I would very highly recommend Tom Trulis. More

We came to Naperville, IL from near Cedar Rapids to see and test drive an MDX Acura. The dealership in Naperville was the nicest place to buy a car! Everyone was so nice to us. Our experience at Continental Acura was a great one. We went in wanting to test drive the new RDX and walked out owning one. Tom was a pleasure to work with. We went to purchase new 2013 ACURA TL. Overall we had a good experience with this dealership. Before we went in, we had negotiated the price with internet manager through email . Once we reached there we h good experience with this dealership. Before we went in, we had negotiated the price with internet manager through email . Once we reached there we had no surprises about the price. We were particular about the color and interior make of the car and accordingly the car was ready for test drive by the time we went in. Did give us a copy of invoice, though not much negotiation on top of invoice price. As we were travelling from a neighboring state, we reached at the end of the day. In spite of that we had received the service we were looking for. Greg was helpful in closing the deal smoothly . Tom Trullis educated us about the car settings and customized them as per our choice. The only unsatisfying thing was the financial push for extended warranty though we did not show much interest. More

Had researched the RDX and comparable vehicles for several months, drove a couple of them and went to Continental Acura to check out the RDX because of the favorable comments on the dealership. Tom T several months, drove a couple of them and went to Continental Acura to check out the RDX because of the favorable comments on the dealership. Tom Trulis met my wife and I as we walked in. He made us feel comfortable by asking us what we were looking for and answering all of our questions. He set up a demo drive and continued to answer our questions and concerns while explaining the tech features of the RDX. We talked price and trade value on our return to the dealership. We came to an agreement, without much pain, and signed the papers. Picked up the RDX the following day, with a through explanation by Tom of the voice commands and tech features. We are very pleased with the vehicle and our experience with Tom and the dealership. More

He was the best salesman iv ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I walked out that day with a used 2005 Acura TSX. I also purchesed a 2 year warrenty from Jerry. He also made me feel very comfortable while sitting and talking with him about my options. I would highly recommend continental acura of naperville, and these two salesman. The service that they will provide for you will not let you down. Hands down the BEST dealership around the naperville area. More
