Service was well orchestrated , ie timely, courteous, etc. Not happy with used car people who took look at the car to assess purchase price - found sensor for remote start off windshield and the rear ca etc. Not happy with used car people who took look at the car to assess purchase price - found sensor for remote start off windshield and the rear camera no longer operates when backing up-these items were apparentely messed with during the assessment . I took my MKZ to the dealership to have new front brakes and rotors installed. I had to bring it back because they were squeaking. I had to ask what they did to repair and was told because of some "hot Sp and rotors installed. I had to bring it back because they were squeaking. I had to ask what they did to repair and was told because of some "hot Spots" they had to grind off my new rotors (instead of completly replacing) . The squeaking is definitely better but still squeaking non the less More
