I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and also sold my previous vehicle to them as part of the transaction in November 2025. As part of the deal, the dealership was responsible for paying off my existi my previous vehicle to them as part of the transaction in November 2025. As part of the deal, the dealership was responsible for paying off my existing loan/lien with Ally Financial. After repeated follow-ups over several weeks, Ally confirmed that the account was not paid off and the lien remained open. The dealership repeatedly claimed payoff had been sent. A payment was eventually applied to my Ally account, but it was later reversed/bounced due to insufficient funds (NSF). Ally confirmed the payment was returned and the account remained unpaid. As of late January 2026, the lien was still not satisfied, interest/fees continued to accrue, and my credit and ability to obtain financing were put at risk. I have also not received title/registration/plates in a timely manner. This has been an extremely stressful and time-consuming experience and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business here proceed with extreme caution and verify everything directly with the lender. I have retained all documentation including texts, emails, wire confirmation, and lender account history. More
