I was told I would be contacted when the parts came in for my Sorento, a week later I called for an updated and I was transferred to my service rep, I left a message and waited for a call back. I called a for my Sorento, a week later I called for an updated and I was transferred to my service rep, I left a message and waited for a call back. I called again a few days later and the same thing. I left another message and no call back. Now we are another week and I called again. This time I asked if the parts to my vehicle had come in. The lady that answered the phone informed me that the last part had come in on Friday. I asked if I could speak to someone else to schedule a time to come in since I can't get ahold of my rep. I was transferred and got another voicemail. I left a message and nothing. It is now going to be Friday again and nothing! No returned phone call and all the parts have been in for a week now. More

Brandi was so helpful in helping me select my vehicle. She explained all the items that my car could do. I had to wait 15 minutes past my appt time before any one helped me. I was at the dealership for 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. After I paid I was told about a deal they could have saved me a a helped me. I was at the dealership for 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change.
