When I showed up I already had the vehicle in my mind that I want to see, unfortunately that vehicle was on the website and not at the location yet s When I showed up I already had the vehicle in my mind that I want to see, unfortunately that vehicle was on the website and not at the location yet still in transit. I wanted that color, Tommy never tried any pressure tactics for any other color or model. When the vehicle was in transit the Ship, NJ dock, car carrier to Putnam Tommy constantly updated me including a text picture when it arrived. The sale process took about two hours that long for me but I’m inpatient. The management and finance department Melissa was awesome too. More
