Both the service manager and the salesperson are lazy - They do not even know their product nor how to proceed, just flat out refuse to proceed or a combination of both when the customer has a warranty iss They do not even know their product nor how to proceed, just flat out refuse to proceed or a combination of both when the customer has a warranty issue - this is not the first time it’s happened & we are moving on from them after our years of loyalty not being reciprocated - that even under conditions when it was their duty & responsibility to take care of said issues - we are moving in to a different dealership and telling any & all every bit of past and recent issues since said service manager came aboard Martins - as for the salesperson the extent of his product knowledge is low - ordered a new vehicle with expectations that were not met because he did not enter nor know to enter certain available items during the process - was told it would have everything that the trade-in had - it did not - I expected bucket passenger seats - the stitching in vehicle to match stitching on seats etc etc - said vehicle came off the line with a wrinkle in body and they poopooed it - per usual - ran into to same attitude when purchased prior new vehicle as well - we cannot take the lazy combined with cavalier demeanor of these people - sad to say that this once great hometown family dealership has really fell from grace - there are no real words for how disappointed I am and that I wish I never purchased this last vehicle from them — if I only had a Time Machine! More
