Unsatisfied non potential customer Your service is too expensive! I brought in my 2012 Honda Crosstour for 4 new tires and wheel alignment! What the service guy quoted me over the phone Your service is too expensive! I brought in my 2012 Honda Crosstour for 4 new tires and wheel alignment! What the service guy quoted me over the phone was much different than when i came in. I ended up taking my business else where, 1yr computerized wheel alignment, road hazard, road side assistance, and i buy 3 tires and the third on FREE! Community Honda did not offer this deal. And all this and it was still cheaper than you guys. More

Unauthorized credit check Paid cash, instructed salesperson on 2 occasions that we were not authorizing a credit check. Salesperson misrepresented the credit application as Sta Paid cash, instructed salesperson on 2 occasions that we were not authorizing a credit check. Salesperson misrepresented the credit application as State required paperwork. GM quoted the Patriot Act said it was his process to run a credit check in order for him to comply with Patriot Act/OFAC check. Research reveals that a credit check is not required for OFAC check. Honda of America was contacted but their reply was to contact the dealership, not their responsibility. Hope this doesn’t happen to any other senior citizens. More

I took It in several times and they keep giving me the round around and they say everything is fine. I took It for a diagnostic at Fire Stone and another mechanic both gave me a paper report which I took in to the dealer and showed the sales Manager the maintenance it needs. The sales manager was rude he told me he couldn’t help me and walk away. When I asked to talk to the General manager he said he wasn’t in. I’m very frustrated because they sold me a vehicle which is not realiable for me to drive with my family. And the sales manager, sales person just keeps on giving me the round around. I’m going to continue to go until something is done. I recommend that buyers there take there vehicle to get a diagnostic somewhere else before purchasing a vehicle at this desperate. More

Annoying I was there the night before buying my car and was told it would be at the dealerdhip as soon as I got there so all I had to do was the paperwork and I was there the night before buying my car and was told it would be at the dealerdhip as soon as I got there so all I had to do was the paperwork and leave. When we got there, it wasnt there so we had to wait an extra 45 minutes. When it got there, it was wrong. I specifically asked for a certain type of car, a white civic with black interior. The car that they pulled up was a white civic but it had ivory interior. At this point, the sales guy knows he messed up and was trying to talk me into the ivory. He then tell me I could get a black, silver, blue, or red car instead. He obviously didn't care what I wanted, he was more worried about making his sale. So I had to wait 4 days. When we show up, he shows us a sheet with all the numbers and says everything is the same from last time. They got the car from a different dealership. Community Honda in Orland charges $350 for mud flaps and wheel locks on cars they sell from their lot. So we're looking at the car and I noticed the mud flaps dont look like they are there, so I asked him if they were on there and he said yes. My mom asks him where, he looks and goes "oh you know what we got this from somewhere else so they're actually not on there." Well then my mom questions him and asks "well you said all the numbers were same as last time, which they shouldn't be, because there are no mud flaps on here and she's not paying an extra $350 for something the car doesn't have." My mom asked to see both sheets from that current day and from the first time to look at the numbers since we didn't want to get screwed. The sales guy said he wasn't sure if he had any of it. It was a mess. I wouldn't reccemond it. It was just annoying and frustrating. More
