2020 Kia Telluride We had a very satisfying experience from start to finish. I called the dealership and actually had a productive conversation with one of the sales as We had a very satisfying experience from start to finish. I called the dealership and actually had a productive conversation with one of the sales associates, Brandon Quinn. My wife and I came in the next day and met with sales associate Hunter Wallace (Brandon was not immediately available). We were very pleasantly greeted by at least two people as we entered the showroom. Hunter joined us on a test drive and imparted a good deal of knowledge about the Telluride. We then discussed purchase/lease options and were joined by a finance person, Ryan Gill, who was also quite knowledgeable and helpful. Hunter kept us apprised of our vehicle status and expected arrival. He did a super job when we came in to pick up our new Telluride and patiently walked us through all of the many features on the vehicle. Tony Bommarito, Showroom Manager, also came over to genuinely thank us for our business and gave us a gift certificate for a local restaurant: very nice touches. We also really liked the "Delivery Room" setup. Finally, we came to Summit Place East after visiting another Kia dealership that was much closer to our home. Our experience there was like night and day compared to Summit Place East. More
