I had a total loss occur from a truck hitting my car and Jon was very kind to tell me about current deals over phone on 2019 SUVs. When I arrived at dealership I looked around for a few minutes, even through Jon was I a wonderful Salman named Hunter helped me. Every one from finance to receptionist and other sales representatives were very polite and helpful. Even though it is a few extra miles from my home it was drive for Fabulous customer service. More

Great overall experience! I will be back. From the time I walked into the door of the dealership through the signing of my new purchase, I felt welcomed and treated with respect. The dealership was very inviting and everyone was so nice. This was my 3rd dealership I visited on my search for a new car and I was very discouraged. Then I met Kate and she was pleasant, and upbeat and more importantly, she was upfront with me through the entire buying process. I wasn’t even looking for a new car because I thought for sure that I would only be qualified for a used vehicle, much of what I didn’t want or want to is for, lol. But my experience was the total opposite. I was given options based on preferences, needs, and wants, and they were all brand new vehicles! I was in search for a SUV, with eyes on a Sorento, then a Sportage, but NOT the Soul! Lol Ultimately, I was shown the Soul, against my will, LOL, but it had everything on my wants list and my must haves list. And Kate did say...by the end of this process, I will drive off in a Soul! And so far, I love it! At the beginning of my search, I didn’t even imagine that I would be driving off the lot in a brand new 2020! I’m happy I chose Sumit Place Kia East! More
