Excellent customer service My wife has been wanting a kia Optima since we rented one for a trip but she didnt want to get rid of her car because she loved it to much. Well as fa My wife has been wanting a kia Optima since we rented one for a trip but she didnt want to get rid of her car because she loved it to much. Well as fate had it, it blew up on Tuesday and repairs would of been more than what the car was worth. She called up told them the story and that we needed a car by today, there response was " you will be driving away with a new car today". Best customer service we have ever dealt with when shopping for a car we got pre approved and by the time we got there James Price was ready for us asked what she wanted he said done asked payment he responded done. He went and got the car let her test drive it by the time we got back he had all the paper work ready. He was not pushy wasnt force full and never said no or I cant. On top of that they went and got her car which was at 16 and dequinder. Needless to say when our lease is up on our equinox were going back and seeing james again. Thank you for your hard work and great customer service! More
