Enjoyable experience Tony really went the extra mile for us. When we first met Tony we were already sold on the Kia Soul but he diligently described in detail all the item Tony really went the extra mile for us. When we first met Tony we were already sold on the Kia Soul but he diligently described in detail all the items that made this car so special. That was a couple months ago as we had to wait for some proceeds to come our way before we could complete the lease. Tony kept in touch periodically but never in a pushy manner. Other salesman would have given up but he stayed with us. He also never pressured us to up-sell or forced any additional items on us like most of our other dealer experiences over many years. We picked the car up today & were overwhelmed by his personal service. He didn't just have us sign papers then say so long. He introduced us to service people took much time to review how all the controls operated. All in all it was the most outstanding dealership experience we have ever had ! More
