Great Service/3259 I have been dealing with this dealership for about 15 years and have been extremely pleased with all the services I have received. I contribute my excellent service to Tony Burkhalter, my service advisor. He is a very hard working and dedicated employee and a pleasure to work with when I need service to my car. Tony is always there when you need him and goes out of his way to accommodate his customers. You are very fortunate to have an employee such as Tony. I would recommend this dealership to any of my family and friends. More

Staff was great and very accomodating. Tony was great at giving me updates as to how their progress was, he had a dent taken out while it was there and they gave me a loaner car!!! good job I was seen promptly and all work was done in a timely manner. I can take my car in on a Saturday which is very convenient. I also enjoy the coffee!! Reconciled from previous visit. Had a bad experience the previous I visited for a recall; Did not have an appointment but they said they would work me in. I waited 4 hours and check Had a bad experience the previous I visited for a recall; Did not have an appointment but they said they would work me in. I waited 4 hours and checked on my vehicle and the person at that time said that I was not even on a repair techs list. I left very unsatisfied. This time I had a 9 am appointment and Tony said it would probably take a couple of hours. I explained my previous experience and he said he would see what he could do. This time I was out of there in 1 hour flat! No complaints this time. Thanks Tony for the effort and the care. More

Customer service/3259 Tony is always very pleasant. He is always here on a Saturday which is the only time I can bring my car in for service. I Rate Tony's customer service at 110 percent. I will continue to bring my car to Classic because of the 5 star treatment I receive upon arrival. More

I had to get a rental car after hours and hope that my car was going to be taken care of. Tony and Tracy provided excellent customer service throughout the repair process- I'm in NC and my car was left in AL- they kept me informed and assured me every step of the way, from towing my car, to diagnosing what was wrong, until I ultimately had the car returned. Tony called me with updates to assure me all was being taken care of.I could not be more satisfied with what was a challenging situation given the distance and the fact I never even met them. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the service department- Satisfied in NC More

My Outstanding Buying Experience at Classic I am writing this review because of the outstanding sales experience at Classic Buick, Cadillac and GMC. My salesperson was Joey Abdullah, who was an I am writing this review because of the outstanding sales experience at Classic Buick, Cadillac and GMC. My salesperson was Joey Abdullah, who was an excellent host and resource on every aspect of the Cadillac XTS that I liked. He even provided war eagle orange and blue balloons the day I came in to pick up the car. Other members of the team that assisted him included: Justin Chretien, Andrew Harper, Tony Burkhalter (in the service department), Alison Taylor and Monte Burney. This was my sixth Cadillac purchase but far and away the most thorough, and enjoyable car buying experience ever. I shall certainly come back to Classic and would highly recommend Classic to anyone interested in a superfine car deal. More

took truck in for service and was thinking about trading it in on a newer model as usual the service department was great ! My wife however wondered over to the car lot and started looking at cars and truck it in on a newer model as usual the service department was great ! My wife however wondered over to the car lot and started looking at cars and trucks she had no Idea that I was actually thinking of trading my truck in , she was approached by a very courteous sales rep as I approached shortly there after not knowing she was looking for me a newer car so ofcourse I looked around and found something I wanted but just not what I really wanted was about to leave and the gentleman said I think I found what you wanted in the same color and the package I wanted so happy I am. More
