The sales staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They understand your needs and quickly matches a car without trying to forcefully tack on options you don't need. Once you make the deal, the paperwork process is straightforward and quick. I just bought my 2nd Subaru in few months, and had brought my first car for scheduled service. The service department is wonderful. I like the way you "pull-in" into an indoor and heated space to drop off the car where super helpful representatives attend to your needs. It was clean, well maintained, drove well and it was a certified preowned Sorento. My salesman Tony was great! No hassle or pressure. He was very pleasant, helpful and answered all my questions. There was even a cosmetic issue that they fixed for me at no extra cost. I purchase an extended warranty and the gentleman that helped me stayed back late and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed, even though he was suppose to leave. Congratulations and all the best to him and his wife on their 1st born. Everyone was friendly.
