Victor was very nice, explained the options, moved at a comfortable pace, there was NO PRESSURE, we felt very comfortable, really nice guy, no one likes dealing with sales people and dealerships, Victor was so easy to talk and deal with, this Crown Mercedes dealership on hwy 19 is different than other car dealerships. Nicole and Tony were exceptional from our first visit when we placed the order to the final visit when we picked up our 2020 GLE 450, both of them were responsive and accommodating, and went out of their way: Nicole to work out the details of the trade-in and delivery, and Tony to answer questions, and walk us through the technological features associated with giving instructions via "Hey, Mercedes." Nicole kept us up-to-date while the car was in production, and Tony remains available for technical assistance. This was the fourth Mercedes we have purchased through Crown (2 MLs, 1 SL, and this GLE). We wouldn't go anywhere else. (Nicole is keeping an eye out for a used SL for me, so we might be back sooner than you think!) More
