Thanks to Jim Smith I came to Crown Eurocars to look at what models might best fit my needs. After driving a competitor's cars for 25 years, I decided to try something n I came to Crown Eurocars to look at what models might best fit my needs. After driving a competitor's cars for 25 years, I decided to try something new. I never pictured myself in a Mercedes-Benz, but a quick on-line search helped me see it as a possibility. I walked onto the lot in Pinellas Park and Jim Smith came to greet me. I told him what I was looking for. I drove a C 300 coupe, which was a beautiful car. I chose to look at other options to narrow the search. Within a week, I realized the CLA 250 met my needs the best. I test drove the car and when I next returned, I drove it off the lot in 1 afternoon. Jim was personable, answered my questions, and I was comfortable working with him. I look forward to the next few years, at least, working with Crown Eurocars. More

Best Price and Professional Sales Pesoni Disappointed at another Mercedes Dealership where we bought or Leased 4 Vehicles in a 12 year period. They attempted to Lease us our potential 5th, Y Disappointed at another Mercedes Dealership where we bought or Leased 4 Vehicles in a 12 year period. They attempted to Lease us our potential 5th, Yes 5th! Vehicle at an exorbitant price. Initially, they did not even take inconsideration all of our previous purchases, not to mention all the money they made from us for Service. Finally, we got a call and letter from the GM apologizing for not recognizing us as regular Customers, and their Sales Force's unprofessional treatment of us.. Anyhow, stay away from the next dealership South of the Skyway Bridge.. Never the less we were completely satisfied with Crown Eurocars, and in particular their Sales person Bicanca Presti. She fought real hard to get us the deal we wanted. She is Awesome, and she deserves some type of Cash Award. Daniel Bellemare and Tony Cintron were also very helpful through the entire process. We hope in the near future to buy many more vehicles from her and through Crown Eurocars. More
