Refreshingly knowledgeable and honest. I purchased a 2016 Suburu Forester on August 13, 2018 from Tony Confer at New Motors. I had researched this model for several weeks particularly in Oh I purchased a 2016 Suburu Forester on August 13, 2018 from Tony Confer at New Motors. I had researched this model for several weeks particularly in Ohio. New Motors was very competitive with their certified used pricing so i stopped in to see their inventory. Tony was very honest with his answers to all my questions regarding different prices on other Foresters and why the differences. I intended to buy my vehicle in Ohio but this Forester was priced the same, was certified, had new tires, oil change, everything else checked and a new inspection. When i stopped to look at it and talked to Tony i really felt it was a great opportunity to purchase this model. The paperwork was very quick and professional and again all questions answered honestly by Nicole. The entire process from pulling in to New Motors and owning a certified used Suburu was a little more than 90 minutes. After all my research i feel as though i bought the best Forester in my price range in a 100 mile radius. I received personal attention and service from both Tony and Nicole. When i picked my vehicle up the service department had it looking like a new vehicle rather than used. I am very pleased with purchasing a vehicle from Tony and New Motors. More

We were offered a fair price for my trade in and the new Impreza we decided to purchase. I never once felt pressured, all the rest of the staff was very kind. Our salesperson at New Motors, Tony, was the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly salesperson we encountered. He was able to answer all our questions (even ones we hadn't thought of) about the vehicle, didn't pressure us at all and worked with us until we had a deal we were happy with. We've purchased many vehicles over the years and typically dread the whole process, but this experience was definitely easy and pleasant. Oh, and we love our Forester! More
