Our new jeep needed rear shocks. My opinion the scheduling was over planned, but we were able to manage not having the jeep sooner. The job got done, and we are back on the road. There was a recall on my 2022 Ram 1500. I had not gotten around to taking in to the dealership. They surprised me with a call saying that they would come to my house to perform the action o I had not gotten around to taking in to the dealership. They surprised me with a call saying that they would come to my house to perform the action on the recall . They were on time , checked the recall and verified I needed no other issues taken care of. Very quick and painless. More

I have had terrible experiences with a separate Sandy Sansing dealership in the past to the point that I swore never to buy a car from them again. Fast forward a decade+ and my wife founds the car that s Sansing dealership in the past to the point that I swore never to buy a car from them again. Fast forward a decade+ and my wife founds the car that she absolutely has to have and this Sandy Sansing was the only dealership within 100m to have it. We started out by trying to negotiating online since we live over an hour away and they kept telling us that they would do their best to get the car where we would be satisfied IF we would come to the dealership. After telling them that we weren’t going to do that, they sent us over the buyers order for the full price ignoring any negotiations. This was a total F you to us. With my wife not letting me walk away, I went back with other listings found online. They then gave me reasons why there car was better and why it was priced right but did agree to come down off the price some. We decided to buy the car so we drove over there on a prearranged time to test drive and sign the paperwork. This process wasn’t bad, and we were out the door from start to finish in a little under 2hrs. After signing the paperwork, the salesman hands us 1 key and says that there isn’t another one and to let him know if we want to get another one. After getting back home, we realize that two keys are required to program a new key code to the door panel. We call up the dealership to request another key and they tell us that they didn’t make enough off the vehicle to provide us with a second key. That may be the case but what company, that claims to value customer service, tells someone that just spend almost 70k on a used car that they didn’t spend enough money to provide them with a second key (that should have been provided or at least informed us that there wasn’t a second key so we could have negotiated it). Cars are already so expensive and the process is usually daunting so my recommendation is to save yourself the pain and hassle and go to a dealership that values you and customer service. This is now the second Sandy Sansing dealership that I’ve had problems with. We wven bought an extended warranty so now I have dealing with their service department to look forward to in my future. I wish I could say it’s just one Sandy Sansing but I’ve had negative experiences with two different sales departments and 1 service department. I think it’s just the Sandy way and I hope anyone reading this will stay away! You and your money is worth far more at almost any other dealership! More
