Brand new car with no sticker I purchased a new Jeep Compass on 5/29. Was told to be at the dealer at 10:30 to pick it up. When I arrived the paperwork was thrown at me,completed, I purchased a new Jeep Compass on 5/29. Was told to be at the dealer at 10:30 to pick it up. When I arrived the paperwork was thrown at me,completed, only to discover it was a 2 hr wait at service. So I decided to come back today. Told another 1.5 hr wait. I couldn’t wait and am now at a gas station near my home. I will never come here again even for my free oil change. Horrible, horrible customer service! More

Not only did they double charge me for inspection sticker . It’s also I was hesitant to buy another Jeep because the service department very sub pa . It’s also impossible to get appointment for you vehicle brakes ect you have to wait a month for next appointment and had bought paid extended warranty but had to bring my vehicle to other mechanics because unable to get appointment.so because of the bad customer service I was very hesitant.. however tony okuh was great .
