Worst people and worst customer service Worst experience ever. I went to the dealer to buy my wife a brand new Jeep Wrangler. I wanted 4 dr and manual transmission.. Anything else we didn't Worst experience ever. I went to the dealer to buy my wife a brand new Jeep Wrangler. I wanted 4 dr and manual transmission.. Anything else we didn't care about except that it has to have this 2 options.. It wasn't much to ask. So here what happen I parked there.. 1 black sales guy aka the deal striker saw me outside and I told him about what I'm looking for then he gave me attitude and made it seem like they don't have standard manual transmission and can't get one he immediately made me feel like they don't want to sell me and looked at me down like I'm some kind of kid that does not have money trying to waste his time.. So I went inside then I had to wait and wait and wait then another guy come to try to help me and his name is William. He acted like he wanted to help me took my number and xxxxxxxx me that in couple days they will contact me back when the truck arrive.. Few days go by and no one calls I called William 4 times and left him voice mails in few different days he didn't even bother to call me once and tell me what's going on. I called dealer again and I used another extension a lady answered and told Her the story that no one want to sell me the jeep and William never answered so I ask her if he was there she confirmed that he was and she promised that he would call me back shortly if no she will in few minutes.. No one ever call me back.. They all looked at me like I'm some kind a kid that don't have money or trying to waste their time or sometime like that.. But guess what my time cost money so we went to Chrysler jeep 24 in brockton and we walk in got helped right away found what we were looking for. The team made it happen and we bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler 2018 standard 4 doors.. My wife is happy finally after wasting all that time in the norwood location.. I really hate to sound awful and get people in trouble but norwood location was a very bad experience ignorant people.. They didn't put any effort in selling me what I want.. Or even calling me back..Oh well it was their loss not mine.. More
