Marcos is an exceptional person. He intuitively anticipated everything I needed and made sure I was happy with our new car prior to us arriving in Sarasota. He picked us up at our home and brought us to the dealership to get our car. The car was prepped cleaned and sparkling when we arrived. He then meticulously showed us the interior functions of the car so I could comfortably drive it home. And then he went above and beyond and arranged for us to be picked up at the airport to return our rental car. I never expected such kindness courtesy and respect and I’m very grateful for him. More
