I arrived at Ewald to see if they could help me with my tonneau cover that had been damaged. The Ewald team, to include the Customer Service Manager, Service Manager, and Parts Manager went above and beyon tonneau cover that had been damaged. The Ewald team, to include the Customer Service Manager, Service Manager, and Parts Manager went above and beyond to research and found out it was covered under warranty. What I expected to be hundreds of dollars in repairs, turned out to be another great experience with the Chevy Ewald team. I can’t thank them enough for their diligence and professionalism, another great experience that saved me a ton of money, thank you Ewald team!!!! More
