Salesman explained vehicle and operation of vehicle well. Salesman also put a prefilled survey in front of me and said he needed the survey that would be sent to me to be filled out just like that. That way Salesman also put a prefilled survey in front of me and said he needed the survey that would be sent to me to be filled out just like that. That way he could get a good commission. Two weeks after when I filled out and sent in the survey, I recieved a call from salesman stating I didn't fill out the survey the way he showed me. He said "I just cost him a $2500 commission. I explained to him my reason and he hung up. General MGR told me different trade in price agreements. Multiple times I had to go back and forth to my bank because the numbers didn't add up. Finally my bank had to call the dealership to get everything corrected. The dealership was trying to sneak in/overcharge me for the vehicle. Item were also agreed on with the You Owe/We Owe but when it came time to sign paperwork they backed out. I was reluctant to go to this dealer and I will not go back. More
