Sales person abused me with racial remarks I was abused and threatened by Tony Henry on July 22nd 2019 at 7.30 PM when I refused to buy the car on the price he wanted to sell. I submitted my i I was abused and threatened by Tony Henry on July 22nd 2019 at 7.30 PM when I refused to buy the car on the price he wanted to sell. I submitted my interest of buying Honda CRV EXL on Edmunds website and subsequently I was contacted by Tony Henry on 22nd july for the same. Tony over the phone assured to beat any competitor in the Atlanta area with atleast $300.00 and asked me to come there to get the deal finalized. When I reached there on 7/22 at 6 PM along with my friend he took all my information like DL, SSN, salary etc without giving me the exact price for the CRV. When he eventually got the offered price it was much more than the quote that I had from the other dealership. As the deal broke because of his failure to keep the promise he started showing his frustration by abusing me. Since there were no other customers in that area at that time, he threatened me to call police on me when he was the aggressor and abuser. All other sales person on the floor gathered but did nothing to calm him down. During the initial conversation he even held my friend's neck, which must have been captured on the camera at the dealership. No one apologized for the mental harassment which I was subjected to for just trying to buy a new car for myself. More
