See other review. Poor management, mandatory meeting not accounted for, service taker knew nothing about it. Drop off at 8:30 for oil change and inspection, 11am nothi Poor management, mandatory meeting not accounted for, service taker knew nothing about it. Drop off at 8:30 for oil change and inspection, 11am nothing done despite me saying I needed it back by 11:30. Check engine and other dash light not even addressed. 2nd horrible encounter here More
