He was patient, informative, answering all my questions about the car and the process. I never felt rushed nor pressured. More than that I was only interested in purchasing a car that was probably less than a third of the cost of their regular Accura cars, and yet i was treated as if i were buying an equally expensive model. I specially liked that there were many women employees like Alyssa Hrubash, and that the courtesy and respect extended to women buyers. The financing person was diligent and superb, Jaime Borja, and Victor Rodriguez in the Service Department made sure as well that all was taken care of. All around a great experience. Who knew buying a used car could be so much fun!? And relatively stress free. Thanks you DCH! More
