He thoroughly described the products available and helped us to decide without ever pressuring us. Tony stepped in when his associate was out. My daughter had found the car and I came by to drive it and check it out. I was skeptical at first, when I saw the vehicle in the lot. Tony was very willing to help, and was able to allay my concerns, mostly through documentation. Although he couldn't do much on the price of the vehicle, he came through at the closing with a bit of adjustment on my daughter's request for hubcaps. When Tony started the car for us to drive it away, he noticed that the battery didn't seem quite right and brought to Service to be tested, which resulted in a new battery. That, in particular, I think, made me extremely comfortable doing business with DCH and especially with Tony and Hamad. More
