New Acura TLX I worked with Tony to lease my new Acura TLX. He took the time to help explain all of the ins and outs of the car, the differences between the technol I worked with Tony to lease my new Acura TLX. He took the time to help explain all of the ins and outs of the car, the differences between the technology packages, and the differences between the car I leased and other models to help me make the best selection. He explained the options for add ons as far as tires, maintenance, etc. without being pushy, and worked with me to figure out what would make the most sense for me. He has also been very helpful and approachable post-sale, answering my follow up questions via email. Would highly recommend him to a friend looking to lease or buy a car. More

Picked up my TLX -- Had a great experience! (This review was also posted on Yelp for the dealership) Lora emailed me a day after I filled out a form through the Costco Auto Program and sent m (This review was also posted on Yelp for the dealership) Lora emailed me a day after I filled out a form through the Costco Auto Program and sent me an offer that would have been decent, but I already had negotiated a better deal with a local place. I replied asking her if they could make their offer more competitive, and provided her with the details of what I currently had on the table. 2 days later she called with some better numbers, but still not as good. At this point I thought I was done with this dealership, but at the same time, I APPRECIATED that Lora acknowledged the details of the conversation and spoke to me like a person (something like "I know these are a little off from what you said you have, but this is the best that we are able to do"... I'm paraphrasing). I encouraged Lora to see if anything better could be done, and she said she would ask the "big boss" (I'm not sure who the "big boss" is, but thank you!). Few days later she called with numbers that about matched the deal I had previously negotiated, but because I had positive interactions with Lora I decided to drive out to Jersey and get my car from DCH. I got to the dealership and was partnered with Tony, who was awesome. I think he's one of their top sales people and it shows in his personality and enthusiasm. I think he and I are pretty close in age and had common interests, talked about cars, technology and a bunch of other stuff just 'shooting the shit' while waiting for paperwork, insurance, etc. etc. He told me about how he went out to Vegas because he's one of Acura's top sales people and got to check out the NSX (awesome!). I then was introduced to Maria the finance manager to sign the paperwork and all the 'official' stuff. She's a pretty fun lady also(and apparently an avid ebates user)! At one point we were going over the different maintenance and warranty plans that finance managers in dealerships always try to sell you, but when I told her my driving habits she was the first one to say "yea you probably don't need it". Even though I was already thinking it, I appreciated the honesty. By the time that was done, my TLX was prepped and detailed, and Tony helped me pair my phone. That was actually super awesome, since I hadn't read the manual yet and had no idea yet what to do with the car's infotainment system. Before taking delivery of the car I did a VERY thorough walk around inspection and found a tiny scratch on the mirror housing (not the glass). Tony brought it back to the service folks and they magically made it disappear. Seriously, even knowing where it used to be I couldn't see a trace anymore. If I had to point out any negatives, I'd be REALLY nitpicking, but here you go (for the sake of completeness): - My rubber floor mats were plopped on top of the carpet floor mats by the service department rather than being installed properly and locked into place. (No big deal, I fixed that in 5 minutes when I got home, but not everyone knows to look for that) - Took a while in the dealership (~3.5 hours I think) - but I give them a pass on it; last Saturday of the month, what the hell do you expect. - Their email system may possibly be wonky at times - I replied to an email from Ruben Arcila (their internet manager) asking for feedback, and it got bounced back by their mail server as undeliverable. Overall everyone was quite friendly and accommodating, and it was one of the better dealership experiences I've had. I actually emailed Lora today to get some price quotes for a few accessories; I'm even willing to do the drive out there to have them installed. More

The way car shopping should be. I had a get experience when purchasing my new car. I didn't know what to expect but I was happy to be working with Tony. I was more specific with my car color and interior options, no other dealership was ready to give any commitment to my color options and the competitive quote offered by DCH Mountclair Acura. Sales team - Lora Moore, Jaime Borja & Tony Karatzia have enough patience to help me in finalizing my car color, quote & even with continuous friendly update of my new car status. Finance team - Benjamin Klein helped me to understand the best financing options and available insurance options in friendly manner. It took almost 45 days to get my vehicle after placing the order. Trust me, all these 45 days I used to pressurize this team for a status update of my new car, they used to respond with lots of patience for any of my communications. I hardly found any such friendly team in my car research activity with various dealers. I will surely recommend this dealership to my family & friends in future purchases. More

Tony took the time to explain every last detail of the vehicle before I left to ensure I was fully aware of all the features included. My wife and I consider ourselves most fortunate to meet Mr. Tony Karatzia. He was professional, curious, and an excellent salesman. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the question. We told Mr. Karatzia what we were looking for and bent over backward to make sure we got what we were looking for and for a great price. My wife and I found Tony honest and upfront. A refresh trait in a salesman. This was my family’s first luxury vehicle and Mr. Karatzia kindly walk us through the process. I would gladly purchase another car from him without a second thought. There would be no need for me to shop around, because I know that I could not find this kind of treatment anywhere else.
