Easiest Car I've Ever Leased Tony made this lease of a 2020 MDX so easy and comfortable. He is calm, professional and knowledgeable. This is the 3rd MDX I've purchased from DCH Ac Tony made this lease of a 2020 MDX so easy and comfortable. He is calm, professional and knowledgeable. This is the 3rd MDX I've purchased from DCH Acura and its because of Tony that We closed on the deal with a smile and a happy handshake. Tony is the Salesperson to ask for. He made our deal happen so smartly, had a great sense of humor and attention to detail. Hamad Matari in the Finance department paired with Tony and together they made the process move without a blip. First DCH Experience My first interaction with DCH was Nadjy Moise from the internet sales group who reached out to me after requesting the information on TrueCar.com. She My first interaction with DCH was Nadjy Moise from the internet sales group who reached out to me after requesting the information on TrueCar.com. She was pleasant to speak with and invited me to visit the dealership without being pushy which I really liked. This was the third dealership I visited that day. My first impression was the environment was clean and modern. The fact that there was a charging station was a small, but in my case was very convenient to have. The front desk host was also nice and offered my a beverage. I was then introduced to Tony and that was also a very smooth experience. His personality complemented our buying style very well because we are easygoing, but straight forward and detail oriented. I would say the same for the finance guy Luis. They both handled all our questions very well and seemed patient. I would say they are good at what they do because I came in with my own financing and left financing with Luis. My wife and I had plans to visit a few more dealerships before making a final decision, but Tony and Luis did a good job making us feel comfortable making a decision with the information we had up until that point. I left that day with a vehicle and am happy with my purchase. I would recommend others and would buy from them again. More
