I hope I never go back to Nissan because this is ridiculous. I went there just for a fluid service on my car. The fluid itself cost only $39.99, but they charged me $441 for labor just to change it. ridiculous. I went there just for a fluid service on my car. Had a real bad experience with Wallace Nissan and had to get the car towed to Fort Pierce Nissan in which case they fix my car in a day and was way higher than what I expected. Workers didn’t seem to want to be there. I’ve never gotten an oil change at a dealership before but I decided to go here because it was closer and with my warranty’s it’s free! So I schedule I’ve never gotten an oil change at a dealership before but I decided to go here because it was closer and with my warranty’s it’s free! So I scheduled an appointment and showed in on time, keep in mind it was a 40 minute drive, I got out my car and let them know of my appointment and then the mechanic tells me the price. I let him know of my warranty and he dismissed it and basically told me I didn’t have one. So I had to call the Nissan in Naples to see if they could fix this issue, I decided to take things into my own hands and pull up my documents in my Gmail. I showed the mechanic and he wrote in the notes for next time. Reasons why I’m saying all this is because of his tone. So then we walk inside and I walk to the cashier she is on her computer and not paying any mind. I was trying to ask her if we needed to do anything with her and she rolled her eyes and said “I don’t have you in my system” and I kinda walked away from her because she was not interested in being there or explaining further what to do. So then I decided to sit and wait and not talk to anymore employees because they all seemed miserable or disinterested in any human interaction. I’ll probably try a different location or just go to the Naples location More

Poor communication. I was sent one text that my truck was ready, that I never received, so they had my truck for 4 days longer than expected. My truck was making a clunking sound they said they fixed, but as soon as I turned out of the lot, it was very apparent they didn't fix it. At all. More
