Tony Leak: Adolescent and argumentative. Went to pick up a new vehicle with less than 100 miles. It was filthy, had scratches, and some other small damage. It needed cleaned properly. Nothing huge. Instead a new vehicle with less than 100 miles. It was filthy, had scratches, and some other small damage. It needed cleaned properly. Nothing huge. Instead of backing up his salesperson, who was trying to make things right, he argued about how easy the scratches could be fixed instead of offering to fix. He said, "we make hundreds of people happy." Like this purchase was insignificant to him and we didnt deserve a clean new vehicle. He stated "it doesn't sound like I can do anything to make you happy." Again, vague and adolescent response. He was outwardly annoyed that my husband was, Tony's words, "protecting me." Please tell me what Hubler is allowing him to do, that a buyer needs protection from? He seems to have no pride in his job but does have a huge ego, resulting in anger towards customers asking for a fair deal or anyone questioning anything. Even the salesperson seemed embarrassed by his lack of professionalism. After several attempts to steer us away from the subject at hand, the vehicle with issues, he reluctantly told the salesperson to remind him 1st thing tomorrow to arrange someone to fix the blemishes and sent us away. I did not have to deal with him the next day on pick up. The scratches were still apparent, but the rest of the vehicle looked like an attempt had been made. I had been waiting 9 days for delivery already and knew I could fix any other issues without any more poor management professionalism and employee laziness. More
