I was looking to get a newer Mazda as I have a 2015 Mazda CX-5. Jim Feinstein was patient with me and let me test drive different models. I was going to buy a pre-owned Mazda CX-50, but I ended up falling in CX-5. Jim Feinstein was patient with me and let me test drive different models. This was a process as I explored different models and colors over months. Jim helped me each time with personalized service and patience. He never pushed me to decide the day I test drove the car.
