Same as Steph should of looked at her review I called and asked to speak with the Manager of the dealership got transferred to Tony the Gm talked to him about a price agreed with the price over the phone and asked to speak with the Manager of the dealership got transferred to Tony the Gm talked to him about a price agreed with the price over the phone and tags taxes ect told him to send me over a link for finance and told him I will be there in the morning since it’s over 2 hours from my house!!!! On my end my application said sent he informed me he didn’t get it but still didn’t cross his mind to CALLLLLL the customer since I told him I was coming in the xxxx morning to get it!!!!!! But not Tony typical xxxxxxx salesman move and once I got there the vehicle sold a hour before. Typical xxxx dealership only caring about making a xxxx sale and screwing over potential buyers what a xxxx joke Tony Pagano did after we talked over the xxxx phone and he is the head boss!!! Thanks for screwing me over and making me loose out on the vehicle hope the other customer was worth it hope karma comes around doing this to a customer what a xxxx joke!!!!! More

Sheritta was great to work with in finding our new Corsair. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle options and helpful in matching our requirements. She was patient with us and never pushy. Sales person was easy to deal with. I wanted the vehicle so I could have negotiated harder. In the end the price for the vehicle and trade in could have been better but he works for the dealership not me. H so I could have negotiated harder. Excellent service, I load tested my battery on my 2016 MKX. Found a week cell, after loading with my carbon pile to 9.6 Volts the reading fell to 6.1 Volts as battery end of test defective battery. Wi MKX. Found a week cell, after loading with my carbon pile to 9.6 Volts the reading fell to 6.1 Volts as battery end of test defective battery. With only 68 miles since we bought the car in mid-October I stopped in and told the service writer the problem. He look at me as I was giving him to much information. Well long story short Plaza Lincoln replace the the battery with a new OEM, for N/C I call this excellent service! I will be back again. Tell the service department to keep up the good work. Larry C. Manager Tony Pagano very lackadaisical. My car was not ready for pickup when scheduled ,the detailing was poorly done and to Mr. Pagano it was no big deal. Well to me it was! I travel 40 minutes to get to ready for pickup when scheduled ,the detailing was poorly done and to Mr. Pagano it was no big deal. Well to me it was!
