On my end my application said sent he informed me he didn’t get it but still didn’t cross his mind to CALLLLLL the customer since I told him I was coming in the xxxx morning to get it!!!!!! But not Tony typical xxxxxxx salesman move and once I got there the vehicle sold a hour before. Typical xxxx dealership only caring about making a xxxx sale and screwing over potential buyers what a xxxx joke Tony Pagano did after we talked over the xxxx phone and he is the head boss!!! Thanks for screwing me over and making me loose out on the vehicle hope the other customer was worth it hope karma comes around doing this to a customer what a xxxx joke!!!!! More

Excellent service, I load tested my battery on my 2016 MKX. Found a week cell, after loading with my carbon pile to 9.6 Volts the reading fell to 6.1 Volts as battery end of test defective battery. Wi MKX. Found a week cell, after loading with my carbon pile to 9.6 Volts the reading fell to 6.1 Volts as battery end of test defective battery. With only 68 miles since we bought the car in mid-October I stopped in and told the service writer the problem. He look at me as I was giving him to much information.
