Lease I was in a bind and needed a car. VW of Coconut Creek helped me out. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and Scott made me feel like if I had I was in a bind and needed a car. continueous lies and false statements We did our homework on line and found that Tony Quercia was going to give us a great deal, with a quote and everything. We went and the deal he gave u We did our homework on line and found that Tony Quercia was going to give us a great deal, with a quote and everything. We went and the deal he gave us, was off the table, in person. Then told we could NOT put money down if financing, or the price would go up. Also, told we HAD to make 3 payments before we paid off the loan, or there would be a penalty. This was verified by your finance guy, Gregg Freeman. I spoke to Volkswagon Credit when making first payment and was told that I could pay the loan off anytime I wanted,WITHOUT a penalty. Also, they screwed up the title and registration. It was supposed to be in my name only. Came in both names. What kind of people do you have working there and what a SHAM. Shame on you, Mr. Gunther. Constance L. Fitzgerald. More
