The bonus was the family-vibe at the dealership - everyone else I interacted with was so kind (and Jill's ACTUAL family works there, too!) Her husband Barry was super knowledgable and made the test drive really fun, while her son Mason was also so polite - just really making the overall experience great - which is what you're looking for when you're making such a huge purchase!
