I use this service center frequently, and have never had an issue, until this last time. I dropped my vehicle off at my 11:30am appointment for an oil change, and multi-point inspection. I asked if they cou an issue, until this last time. I dropped my vehicle off at my 11:30am appointment for an oil change, and multi-point inspection. I asked if they could check on the small oil leak they reported last time. And I was asked if I wanted my car washed, I said yes. Fast forward to 4:45pm, I arrive to pickup my car after work. They told me it would only be 15 minutes, as they had not got to it yet. 20 minutes later my vehicle was done. They had nothing to report on the inspection, like the oil leak I asked about, and my vehicle didn’t get washed either, which is no big deal, but why ask if I want it washed if you aren’t going to do it. I feel that the inspection never even happened either since they forgot about my car until I arrived. I was on a tight schedule after work, and was fully expecting to pickup my car and leave when I arrived. That’s why I made the appointment for the time of day that I did, so I knew it would be ready by the time I got there. This experience didn’t feel very professional to me. More
