I have been in the automotive industry since 2009, with experience in sales, finance, sales management, BDC, and customer service. Throughout my career, my priority has always been taking care of my customers and making sure they feel valued, informed, and comfortable throughout the entire vehicle buying process. I believe great customer service doesn't end when the paperwork is signed. My goal is to build lasting relationships and earn the trust of my customers so they know they have someone they can count on long after the sale. I take pride in being responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to create a positive experience. With a Finance degree from Cleveland State University and extensive automotive experience, I strive to make the process simple and help customers make informed decisions. To me, success isn't just selling a vehicle, it's earning a customer for life.
