Brought a 2022 Acra Mdx upon the third day notice leather seats were sinking in I was told by Bruce the finance manager said it was fine. Yeah right . Please Stick To Your Job . How absurd. Spoke with Manage seats were sinking in I was told by Bruce the finance manager said it was fine. Yeah right . Please Stick To Your Job . How absurd. Spoke with Manager and they both conspired together no way this should be happening to a brand new 52.000 SUV with less than 5.000 miles. Won’t buy another Vehicle . Buyer Beware. And this has happened to a lot of their MDX model . Shame on Acura More

TONY AND AUBREY ARE ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL! I just purchased my BRAND NEW 2020 Acura TLX from Tony Sia, and he was amazing. He showed me everything about the vehicle and made sure I was comfort I just purchased my BRAND NEW 2020 Acura TLX from Tony Sia, and he was amazing. He showed me everything about the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with it coming from an RDX. When it was time for Negotiations (The Hard Part), he introduced me to his Manager (Aubrey Farrare). At first thought, I was like "Oh Lord" Why do I need to see the manager....but Aubrey was like a breath of fresh air. He took the stress out of the negotiation, and made me feel as though I was one of his family members buying a car from him. Once the deal was done, I saw Bruce in finance, and he was super patient with me (I read every document...front and back). He was nice enough to discount the maitentance plan. Thanks to everyone at Acura of Laurel for my Beautiful Car Buying Experience!!! More

"Quick trip for a quick fix" I came in for a quick warranty fix. My service advisor Pablo Ortiz was very efficient and assured me everything would be taken care of in a timely man I came in for a quick warranty fix. My service advisor Pablo Ortiz was very efficient and assured me everything would be taken care of in a timely manner. No surprise there, their service has always been impeccable. To top it off their customer lounge is an excellent relaxing area with all the amenities you can imagine. My 2018 TLX drove like a brand new car on my long trip back home. Another great visit to a beautiful new building!! More

Unprofessional I worked with Tony S. I really tried to give him a chance but the signs were there that I needed to walk away and take my business elsewhere. Maybe b I worked with Tony S. I really tried to give him a chance but the signs were there that I needed to walk away and take my business elsewhere. Maybe because he didn’t take me seriously as a buyer but I found myself having to repeat things twice sometimes three times. I feel I’m confident in what I want and all it took was for him to listen and that was a feat. In any event I was the one that had to continue to keep calling him! It is ironic because he seemed so pressed for a sale but not pressed enough to have the follow through. He didn’t even have the decency to call me to let me know what was going on. I know banks and I had an idea of what was going to be said as far as the loan I could get because I knew my score as well but he assumed I wouldn’t go for it without even picking up the phone and asking me. I’m a shrewd businesswoman and that is too egregious for me to continue to have any dealings with this establishment. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I am going to another dealership and make sure I tell them about the sale Acura of Laurel *almost* had with the deposit he assumed I didn’t have!! More

Tony S. excellent, helped me buy a vehicle last minute. Recently had my truck die just before a trip up north. Don't like buying anything last minute. Did my research and found the ideal truck online at Tischer Acura in Laurel, Maryland. Spoke with Tony S. He said one other person considering it, but from out of state. I headed down right away. Tony gave me the red carpet treatment. He couldn't have been a better salesperson. He had accepted the truck in trade. So he knew the history and shared it with me. We took a drive, chatted and it was the best experience I have had with any dealership. We processed the paperwork that night, all done and I drove it home. Tony gave a call the next day to see how I liked the truck. I also needed to drive a check down to the dealer. We chatted again. Such a genuinely nice person. I would go to Tony again in a heartbeat. More
