I was pleasantly surprised to see the brand new dealership because I always came to the location across the street. I gravitated toward Tony and we immediately connected. Customer service is very important to me and he definitely delivered on that. Initially, I was looking to purchase a used car. I left with a brand new 2017 Acura ILX. I love Acuras dependability and have had at least 5 Acuras before my recent purchase. I came all the way from Baltimore just to come to Tischer. I was not disappointed! Tony was a wonderful agent and made sure to even show me features of the car before I left the lot, although it was 11pm at night. Excellent customer service and price and most of all I know that Tony will continue to assist me even after my purchase. I would recommend Tony or any of the great staff at Tischer Acura Laurel for your new car purchase. More

Stopped by the dealership after work and left with the car I wanted that night. Tony was fantastic to work with and was not the typical pushy salesman. He valued my time and business and treated me politely and with respect. Tyrone Green (Sales Manager) was also extremely personable and willing to work with me. After negotiating a deal, I had the pleasure of working with Lloyd Wilson (Finance Manager). He was very detail oriented and walked me through the financing process, understanding that this was a big expense for me. The entire team at Tischer was great and I highly recommend them. Someone even brought my 1-year old son a balloon. That's truly going above and beyond. More
