Easy, good customer service Came in with the intention of leasing a vehicle however the sales mgr I had talked to was not there. Unfortunately, he had not relayed the numbers we discussed, to his staff so there was a lot of back and forth and negotiating with other reps and finance. The process took over 3 hours and was honestly exhausting. I did not end up with the deal we spoke of over the phone (I guess I hadn’t taken into account the sales tax) but in the end, I was comfortable with the price and it was comparable to the comps I had seen. I also didn’t want to go through all of this again at another dealer so I took the deal. They worked with me well and I didn’t feel pushed to do something I wasn’t comfortable with. More
