We had a great experience shopping for a used car Motors Northwest. The sales rep Tony was very friendly and helpful. The whole team was great. Sold me a truck that needed engine work within 2 weeks of purchase. The belts were worn and the squeaking was loud, even though they told me everything was reviewed and replaced to get it ready to sell. I wa purchase. I was also told that the truck came with a 3 month / 3,000 mile warranty during the negotiation (part of the reason I agreed to purchase at the price), and then I was informed that the warranty wasn’t valid for my vehicle (different info from what the salesman told me) when it was time to sign the paperwork. I made an appointment ahead of time and still had to wait around for 3 hours after we negotiated and agreed on a price to sign the paperwork and drive off the lot. More
