Thanks to Tony and everyone else that we met during our time at Asheville Chevrolet. After a breakdown with our 2014 pickup we were towed in to the dealership just before 6:pm on Friday. The folks that we met in the service department were very nice and helpful. The truck couldn't be worked on until Monday but they told us that we could stay in our camper in the parking lot. On Saturday Morning first thing we walked out front to look at the new trucks and Tony asked if he could help us. We told him that we were interested in trading and he helped us out. Tony was so kind and pleasant to deal with. I am 69 years old and this was the best experience I have ever had by far purchasing a vehicle. The whole time we felt that Tony cared for us and our situation. I came away knowing that Tony and Asheville Chevrolet is the the most honest and caring dealership that I have ever dealt with. I had brought our 2015 Sonic in for repairs. While waiting for the car to be looked at, talked to Tony about a new 2020 Sonic. They did not have one in stock. Tony got with Wayne, one of the sales man waiting for the car to be looked at, talked to Tony about a new 2020 Sonic. They did not have one in stock. Tony got with Wayne, one of the sales managers and was able to find several at a different dealership. Brought my wife back in later that day and she looked at the colors available, and we both liked the blue color that was offered. Wayne looked again and found one with all the options that we wanted. Tony, Wayne, Stan and the staff went above and beyond to get us the car that we wanted. From start to finish, the buying experience went very smooth. Will definitely buy from Asheville Chevrolet again. More
