There were a couple of times I was getting overwhelmed with option choices and before I could ask, Tony had the emotional intelligence to see that need more explanation and, like a friend, went over and made sure I FULLY understood to what I was agreeing. When he was showing me my car on the day I picked it up, he graciously made sure EVERY question I had was FULLY answered. And when I had questions a few days later, he was right there, patiently answering ALL the detailed questions I had. AND...!!!! I had said I wanted a trailer hitch as a must have. Tony and Terry Seltzer took the time to explore why and found a work around (I wanted a bike rack - not hauling anything and they came up with a perfect solution!). So bottom line - I can't praise them enough!!! More

Great Service, Happy Customer I went into Asheville Chevrolet looking at the used car lot on a day that it had snowed. Tony Valentine came outside to meet me and my boys. He told u I went into Asheville Chevrolet looking at the used car lot on a day that it had snowed. Tony Valentine came outside to meet me and my boys. He told us instead of us being in the cold to step inside so I can tell him what I am looking for, and he would see if they had something to match my interest. He took my information quickly and found me a truck that I love and my kids love too. He actually told my kids features of the truck that they might like too. This means a lot when having kids its a family purchase not just mine. He got the whole family involved. He was kind, and patient. The next day when he called me to tell me I was approved I was ecstatic. I brought my kids in with me and he greeted each one. I was very happy with my purchase, I didn't feel pressured, and they got me the financing I needed, for the vehicle I wanted. Thanks Tony Valentine and Asheville Chevrolet!!!!!!!!!! More

He never treated us like a number, he and the GM Bobby, have always treated us like family. There was never any pressure sales or manipulation. Not your typical salesman that was just trying to move inventory, actually took the time to help me make the best choice for myself, both times I purchased a vehicle from him. I would recommend this man to anyone I know, and I do regularly. All of the staff, and especially the service dept. have always treated me like gold every time I go there, whether to have a vehicle serviced to just to hang out for a little while.
