We were traveling in Asheville on vacation & needed service. While on vacation in Asheville, our truck engine light came on and needed to have deff heater reservoir in tank replaced in order to continue using t While on vacation in Asheville, our truck engine light came on and needed to have deff heater reservoir in tank replaced in order to continue using truck before shutting down. We called two other dealerships and explained that we were traveling from another state and needed immediate service and were told that it was a 30 day waiting period and could not help us. We contacted Asheville Chevrolet and spoke to Jimmy Shelton and told us to come in now. He took us right away and had the part shipped over night. The general sales manager Bobby Roussel and salesman Tony Valentine were very helpful and understanding and put us in a courtesy car for the two days so that we could continue our vacation with very little interruption.
