The service reps don’t communicate amongst themselves. It is impossible to reach them by phone. They simply don’t answer and calls are looped back to the same two people in sales who must hand calls off t It is impossible to reach them by phone. Service department needs help, beginning with a less distracting phone system and reps that aren’t sabotaging each other’s performance. More
