I called about a 2024 Honda Civic Touring talked to the Used Car Manager Tony Zaremba he was rude, abusive and made sure you knew no negotiation speci called about a 2024 Honda Civic Touring talked to the Used Car Manager Tony Zaremba he was rude, abusive and made sure you knew no negotiation specifically this Add On called " Vin Etch " his pitch was if the car ever was stolen it would cover a $2500.00 deductible, no one has a deductible that high and they add $395.00 for this useless gimmick and thats all it is its a Gimmick and he made it clear he was not removing that Add On costs.( who steals a honda lol ) Took my info but i never had any intention to do any business with this loser in the first place for talking down to me and trying to jam me into his way of doing business. I was in the Dealership business for many years and never seen behavior like this.but I know how to buy cars and the first thing I asked was what was all the fees with this car then when he pushed the VIn Etch and theres no removing the $395.00 charge I knew we were done and the Vin Etch probably costs like $40 a car and thats about a $350.00 markup on every car they sell and they do it to every car they have New and Pre Owned. If you read their Lowest Reviews most of them are exactly about that Add On this useless Vin Etch. Which I read before call any Dealer. I was way ahead of him from the start and they were chasing their tales from then on. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS they are rude and offensive and will cheat you for $395.00 for some Silly Vin Etch Add On. Ridiculous as it gets. OMG nobody steals these 1.5 liter Hondas!! The Vin Etch is so Obsolete it does nothing to recover stolen cars. NOTHING. Buy elsewhere theres many reputable Honda Dealers that wont cheat you and treat you with Respect. More
