Between then and now, I put 130,000 miles on the vehicle with minimal repairs. When I recently decided to purchase a new car, I visited Rudy Luther, hoping to find another reliable Toyota at an affordable price point. I was not disappointed. Tony did a great job of listening carefully and guiding me to find a car that meets my needs. Based on my criteria, he completed an online search and gave me his analysis of each vehicle. Within an hour, we were able to zero in on a few great options and I made my decision after just one test drive. Despite how quickly the process went, I did not feel rushed; I just knew that I'd found the right vehicle. What impressed me most was Tony's follow through. Although we weren't able to include my old car in the sale as a trade-in, Tony explained to me how to obtain the title (which I had misplaced) and was patient throughout the process. He repeatedly asked me how I was liking the new car and if I had any questions. When I asked a few questions about the tire pressure and headlights, he gave me helpful, knowledgeable responses. So this week, we decided to check out a new Camyr and again, a great experience. Every thing was laid out so clearly. I really felt like things were being explained to me, not sold to me. When I had specific questions, I got specific, useful answers, like why I may or may not want this option without any pushing, just info. This easy going, informative approach followed us right into the business office. Again, my specific questions were answered helping me see the benefit of my choices either way. I really think Rudy Luther Toyota has if figured out. They seem to understand how people want to buy cars. This is how car buying should be. Way to go Tony! More
