While my primary point of contact was with Vinnie Schiavone, I was also more than capably assisted by both the Finance Department and the service department as it pertained to the actual delivery of Schiavone, I was also more than capably assisted by both the Finance Department and the service department as it pertained to the actual delivery of our new 2023 Corolla. Without all the details that precipitated my conversations with Vinnie, suffice it to say that he provided what I can only describe as miraculous results by being able to locate and deliver a much needed car in an unimaginable short period of time due to the family emergency that lead to my approaching him in the first place. There was absolutely nothing more that I could have sought or hoped for. He was the magician that pulled the proverbial rabbit out of a hat. Thank you ever so much, from the bottom of my heart. You probably saved a life that day and possibly didn't even fully appreciate the consequences if he were not successful. I will be eternally grateful. More
