Customer Service could be better when checking in and out. Employees not motivated. Paying at the cashier is annoying. Issues aren't resolved clearly; they keep throwing the ball to another person. After a few thousands and many trips to the dealership; you might have your vehicle fix for a few months before you have to g ball to another person.
