I bought my Corolla over 3 years ago and have been servicing my vehicle with them since that time. Each time I visit I'm treated as a valued customer and told my estimated wait time. There was this on servicing my vehicle with them since that time. Each time I visit I'm treated as a valued customer and told my estimated wait time. There was this one time when my wait would be more than 3 hours and their courtesy vehicle drove me home and returned when the job was completed. If there are things needed outside of the normal service I'm told my options and I don't feel pressured to buy anything. I'm escorted to the cashier and dealt with professionally. I enjoy going there and would recommend them for servicing. More

The reason that I have given hour facility this ratinge is because even through everyone is nice sometimes the quality of the work is questionable. For instance, on two occasions I had to return my car to is because even through everyone is nice sometimes the quality of the work is questionable. For instance, on two occasions I had to return my car to you after one for your technician have worked on it either because they did not reset the button after maintenance or the they had missed something (making the job incomplete). For the high prices your facility charges you should be providing excellent repair or maintanance work. More

Stopped once to check out the car that I was thinking on purchasing and had to come back as the service provided & price couldn't be beat by any other Toyota dealer in South Florida. Been back to service m purchasing and had to come back as the service provided & price couldn't be beat by any other Toyota dealer in South Florida. Been back to service my vehicle w/out any issues, courteous service and friendly staff. Would highly recommend Toyota of Hollywood. This is actually my second purchase from this dealer. More

I was so nervous that I was going to be late for work, but I spoke with Bill and he fixed my car right away. Even though he said it was the fastest he's ever replaced a starter, he did a great job! I've waited in the past at dealerships for hours, and it seems they don't care where you need to be, but Toyota of Hollywood was the total opposite. They don't sit around and joke and drink coffee, they work! I was so impressed. Thank you so much! More
